SEED 2.0 gave me the basics of business planning and taught the art of resentation. Public speaking is still challenging for me, but I’m working on it because building a customer base among restaurateurs is ahead of me!
Shrimp Farm

She chose to cultivate the world’s largest freshwater shrimp — Macrobrachium Rosenbergii. Armed with only a business plan, Lyubov joined the SEED 2.0 project. The training helped the entrepreneur structure her knowledge, create a clear action plan for development, and complete the business plan she had. In July 2023, she purchased equipment and prepared the farm premises. By mid-September, she released the shrimp fry.
Lyubov’s main support — her husband and elder son — joined the defense of Ukraine, so she manages the farm with the help of her younger children. While this family farm is currently a micro-enterprise, Lyubov puts in great effort to ensure its growth and expansion.

Thanks to the grant funds, Lyubov purchased a Bullerjan stove,
relieving her concerns about astronomical electricity bills.
In the future, she plans to acquire solar panels, making the farm energy-independent.
“During SEED 2.0 training, we learned to be an independent autonomous micro-enterprise with development prospects. This is a significant advantage for our community and for others who may find in my example an inspiration to overcome difficulties and believe in themselves,” concluded Lyubov.
The farm’s doors will be open to veterans, for whom collaborative work and unity can provide psychological support.
