Craft crea mery

Iryna Polishchuk, together with her husband, started their business in September 2022. They opened a family farm in the Kirovohrad region. They began with just one cow and later expanded.

Initially, they only sold milk, but thanks to mastering the art of cheese making and the support of the SEED 2.0 project, the family will be able to implement a business project for cheese production.

With the grant funds, the family will install refrigeration equipment for the aging room – a necessary element for the quality production of delicious cheeses.

Training in the SEED 2.0 project helped the entrepreneur fill important knowledge gaps.
